A Graduation Card

The daughter of a good Cricut friend just graduated from High School and will be heading to Ole Miss in the fall. So I made her a card to celebrate her graduation and wish her well as she looks to the future!

This is the back of the card, which is weird to see it first {and that's the way I put it in the box} but it will make more sense when you see the front!

And, this is the front of the card:

It's suppose to be her, in her graduation gown, looking into the mirror and seeing herself in an Ole Miss t-shirt!

It's a side step card that I initially learned to make from splitcoaststampers and I used the new Paper Doll Teen Scene Cricut cart for the paper dolls and the mirror is from Forever Young. Her high school's colors were blue and white and the colors for Ole Miss are blue and red.

I hope she likes it!

  3. I love this project -- I know I have already told you that, but it is worth repeating!! "Practically perfect in every way." (Ballet's dance school is doing Mary Poppins so that line is on my mind!)

  6. Awesome card, Paulette!
I'm "placing my order" for you to design one for my DGD when she decides on her college next year! Love the mirror, the cap and gown, and envisioning herself in college attire.
